How can I find out the URL for one of my forms that is in my Forms list?

    I believe you are looking for the URL to view your Live Form directly, correct?

    To do this from your My Forms page select a form that you want to view the url for by clicking on it once then go to More >>> View Form. It will open up into a new browser tab. You can then obtain the form url from the address bar.
