The preferred new username Gsb_tst is available. We can change the current username Ganrielb to the new one.
BUT it seems you also have problem with the account password.
It is better if we resolve first the problem with the account password before we proceed changing your acccount username.
You can reset your login password in case you have forgotten the current password.
You can use the 'Forgot Password' link in the login page at http://www.jotform.com/login
The reset password instruction will sent to your email.
Let us know if you are able to reset and fix the login password and we can proceed with the change username.
