We were told that by following a link we could get more submissions per month by following JotForm on twitter or facebook. true or not?

    A pop-up offered a link to twitter or facebook and so many free submissions per month if we would follow JotForm or recommend it.  Since we need only a few more submissions per month, we did this.  Now I  am getting notices our 100 is about up, but we should have about 160 according to our tally.  Do these add-ons count?

    It should be credited to your JotForm account. 

    Go to your account settings & click Get More.

    The credits will then be reflected (in detail) on your Usage page.

    As our user Paul explained, yes, the additional bonus submissions for liking us on Facebook or Twitter do count. However, I do not see any of them activated in your account.

    You can access your Get More panel by clicking on the person-shaped icon in the top right corner of your screen > Account > Get More tab, and selecting one of the options for bonus submissions:
