How to password protect a form for multiple different users?Asked by lejforms on September 26, 2015 at 04:46 AM
1: is there a way to password protect the sheet with individuale passwords for instance customer John would get Johnsept12 or something. i am currently using a field text equal to to disallow movement to the next sheet.2: when a specific field in a matrix is filled in with a desired number i want to use that field to then return to the submission form a SKU number a description field and the number enter in the Field ( Which indicate a quantity)
#1. Please be noted we do not have such feature to password protect form but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can add condition in your form to show hide the entire form fields based on the input value of any textbox. The issue I believe will be to create separate passwords for 400 users but you may like to take a look at the following thread where I have explained this workaround: http://www.jotform.com/answers/417268-How-can-I-add-password-protection-to-my-form
#2. As we cannot answer multiple question in one thread, I have moved your second question to a new thread and you will be answered here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/670996
Hope this helps.
