    Hello lejforms,

#1. Please be noted we do not have such feature to password protect form but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can add condition in your form to show hide the entire form fields based on the input value of any textbox. The issue I believe will be to create separate passwords for 400 users but you may like to take a look at the following thread where I have explained this workaround:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/417268-How-can-I-add-password-protection-to-my-form

#2. As we cannot answer multiple question in one thread, I have moved your second question to a new thread and you will be answered here:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/670996

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
