Do I need to pay a monthly fee right when using my form or only when customers are using my form?

    I want to create a form now that includes selling t-shirts and using paypal, Do I pay monthly fee now or only when I use the form with customers?

    It's up to you to upgrade your account or not. Free accounts are limited to monthly 100 regular submissions, 10 SSL or secure submissions and 10 payment submissions. Plus 100MB of File Storage.

    Since your form will involve a payment, you will only receive up to 10 submissions per month. If you need more than this, you may consider upgrading your account to our next plan. Please see our pricing page for comparison:
