at 12:02 PST today, a paypal payment arrived. We checked both the "pending" and the "complete" submissions, but there is no sign of it. Where is this data for this form? How to I replace the data if it was lost?

Please try logging into your JotForm account at https://secure.jotform.com and check for those submissions there. There are instances that the secure submissions are replicated late in www.jotform.com which usually happens if our servers are pretty busy.
If you need to view you secure submissions imediately, and they have not yet replicated over, please use https://secure.jotform.com to view them.
