Were you perhaps referring to having Excel Report output from the Form submission?

    Check the user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report

You can also integrate the form to Google Spreadsheet to have an equivalent Spreadsheet submission from the form data.

Hope this help. Please let us know if you need further assistance on this.

Actiually i was hoping to get the submission sent in an excel the same way
it is sent via pdf in the notification. Since pdf is is formatted much
nicer how ever it is not very good at info extraction.as it stands this
particular drawback is a major hurdle for us as this information is to be
entered in an SAP system and it pays to have the information presented in a
specific way. It would be great if this is possible.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we currently do not have this feature that will attach a spreadsheet copy of the submission in the Notification Email of your form. You can get the spreadsheet copy of the submission data in your form in the submission page or as suggested by my colleague above.

Do let us know if you have further question.
    Regards.
