The "yes" radio button (are you an existing customer?) is only responsive if my customers clicking on it only on an exact spot on the left top part of the circle, you can click on the "no" button anywhere and it responds. It is causing us a lot of problem because existing clients do not have to fill out the entire form. here is the link, please let me know what the problem is. I already deleted and reinstalled the radio button tool, but the new one is acting the same.

I think this is not a JotForm issue, but it affects your JotForm form.
You can see that on 2 pages of your site below (on all pages, actually) you will see a highlighted blue box before the Yes button. That's the reason why the Yes button cannot be clicked. You could try to scroll up a bit and the Yes button will move away from the highlighted box and then, the Yes button can be clicked.
To see the thing that's blocking the Yes button, just double-click beside the google+ button within the ReviewBiz app. This will appear on all of your site's pages.

I was able to see what Paul has pointed.
Can you try editing your Reviewbiz code in your website and see if it works?

Change the highlighted width to 150px or less so it won't block the Jotform's radio button.
