Where are the audio files?

    Hi...

    Currently testing Jotform, and i have two questions about the uploaded data:

     1) Where are the audio files? I've tried using a couple of the audio capture widget, but the audio file is not showing up when i check the submission within Jotform. (Image files, on the other hand, do.)

    2)

    When the data is exported to Excel, i notice that a lot of the info (even text and numbers) captured by external widgets do not appear in the spreadsheet. Why is this, and how can it be remedied?

    Hi,

     

    Your recorded file is saved and Jotform provides a link into it. It will take a while before it is uploaded. You can see the link if it is successfully uploaded when you preview your form. Example
