Why have you disabled my account?

    you have disabled my account today, after it was upgraded last week.

     

    I need this account active for 06:00 GMT, this is most unsatisfactory.

    It seems that the system was not updated when you have upgraded your account. Your account is okay now. Your forms are now enabled. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    My account has been disabled, and all of my forms down for my business today.

     

    please let me know what I can do to get it back up and running immediately.
