How do I later prove that a applicant agreed to the terms and conditions of a form?

You can find your submission detail on your form's submission page. So if they accept that, it will be shown as Accepted. 

To add Terms & Conditions in your form, you can our terms & conditions widget. You can also build it by using text area and checkbox.
