Form is not working

    I've already had a discussion with your support team about the form at http://www.thelivealittleproject.com/-livealittle-event-vendor-application.html

    Getting feedback that we are not receiving completed form results. I followed the instructions of your support team in embedding the iframe on the website. When we test we have had success on Chrome and Safari, have no access to IE or Firefox.

    Please assist.

    When I inspected your website I found this form https://secure.jotform.us/ecanfield22/vendor that is set like link to open in separate window.

    I was able to open mentioned form in all browsers.

    Are you saying that you do not receive all data when form is submitted in IE and Firefox? 

    I have inspected your Email Notification of mentioned form and you did not set Sender E-mail.

    Please set Sender E-mail inside of your Email Notification to noreply@jotform.com.

    From which fields you are not receiving data when form is submitted in IE or Firefox? 

    If I did not understood you correctly please provide us more details about your issue.
