Hi John.
I did a screenshot of next month's date (Oct. 28th was selected) on your form and it seems to be ok.
Oct. 6th is highlighted on your screenshot. Did you click the 6th?
I also noticed that your weekends are set to Sunday & Monday.
But n the form I tried, the weekends are set to Saturday & Sunday.

Looking at your screenshot John, it seems that you have selected the 6th on your calendar. You could have selected it for some other month, but as you go to October, it will still be selected, as it allows you to set the date by day first, or by month first.
Based on what I see I see the same as Paul above, and there does not seem to be any issue present.
Do however let us know if by some chance we have missed something.

Ben,
If you look closely at the calendar for Oct 2015, you will notice that Oct 3rd falls on two days! That is the reason the dates for the whole month have been rendered incorrect. I have no problems with the dates on windows or android hardware. Please check.
Thank you

Hi John,
I don't have an iPad, but I tested it with Browserstack and the date is correct.
