I am not getting email alerts

    Good morning,

    I am not getting email alerts anymore.

    I am the admin for my team in jot-form.

    I double-checked my conditions to make sure I did not have contradictory conditions.

    For example, check out: http://form.jotform.us/form/40838376412154

    When I go into a specific email, and click the 'test email' button, it generates a test email that I receive, so I am confident it is not an issue of my firewall blocking jot-form emails.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your email addresses spatel@erexpress.com and client.experience@erexpress.com is not IN our bounce list.

    I’ve also checked your Mail Logs.

    In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly check also this guide below:

    Could you please check your spam, trash and bulk folders? If you find them there, please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.

     

    Lastly, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):

    If you have Mandrill Account, you could also check out this guide instead of the direct SMTP setup:
