I followed the instructions in the "Embed" button, and I am receiving a 404 message on my page:
HTML to embed:
GET 32874127699166 - 404 Not Found.
Please advise how I can fix this.Page URL:

I have just verified your form and account. I have notice that you are over the limit in the storage
I suggest you delete any submission with attachments. Once you are again under the limit your forms will be enabled.
Please let us know if you require more information.

I've deleted all responses (after making sure they've been received) and it's now showing 0 bytes used, but still returning a "404" error ("Form Over Quota.") (The text shows up in the "response" in Firebug, but nothing at all shows on the page).

Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you.
I have checked and I saw that you deleted all submissions for mentioned form. However that did not free your upload space of your account.
I will raise this issue to our developer and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

Thank you! Hopefully the form will be up soon.

Thank you for reporting this matter to us, thullqst. I have now fixed the issue on your form.
It would be great likewise if you can provide me links of the said deleted files to make sure that these files are no longer stored in any of the servers. You can do this by identifying the previous email alerts you have received with the links to the download files.

Thank you for fixing the problem!
I can't provide the links as I am the tech support person for the TEACHServices.com site, and not the recipient of the emails. Sorry.
I have deleted all saved responses, and the Account Info dropdown is showing "0b of 100MB used."

Thanks for your response, thullqst, and no worries. You don't have to worry as well with matters relating to Dropbox with JotForm. The storage space you're using with Dropbox are different with JotForm so you may do so keep the files that you have with Dropbox and it will not affect the file storage on your account here.
Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
