    Form not updating?

Asked by bvcs on January 10, 2012 at 10:47 AM

Hi. I removed two html sections that were added by mistake to my form and after saving the change and clearing the cache in my browsers, the "Click to edit this text" sections still show up when I access the form via an https link from my website. https://secure.jotform.com/bvcs/reg2012. Any idea why this wouldn't be updating? Looks ok when I preview from Jot Form directly.

I am having the same problem. Happens once before a while back, and it was a technical issue on Jotform's end. Am thinking the problem is happening again. Hope they are able to fix it soon.

Are you still experiencing the problem? The "Click to edit this text..." elements aren't showing up on my end. They aren't showing up in any browsers at BrowserStack either. So, it does indeed appear to be a caching issue. If you are still seeing the "Click to edit this text..." labels, please see this resource.
