I am creating prepopulated forms with some very long URLs, and most of the fields I need are prepopulating except for the very last one. Here is an example of one of the URLs. The bold field at the end is the only one that doesn't populate in the form - am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Mike

The field does populate correctly Mike, but only if you apply a small change to the link.
Instead of using this link:
try using this link:
The only difference between the two is that the second one does not have the } at the end.
With the link above the dropdown is checking if the value kW} exits, and as it can not find it, it simply leaves it as it is.
I would also like to suggest using this app: PrePopulate Fields to help you with the URL for prepopulated forms.
Do let us know if you happen to have any further issues or any questions along the way and we would be happy to assist.

That makes sense, thanks for the help. Unfortunately all of my prepopulated forms will be different, so I don't think the PrePopulate app will help me.
My other question would be if there is a way to shorten huge prepopulated URLs, while retaining the information?
Thanks again!

Unfortunately no, there is no way to shorten them, unless you use the big link with all these parameters and pass it through the goog.le or some other URL shortner.
What I meant with the app is to allow you to enter the data easier without the need to think if the URL is correct, while you can create any number of links for the same form, it is only there to help you with the data.

Ah, I see what you mean. I have to make a few thousand different forms though, so I'm just using an Excel template for now. Thanks for your help!
