Hi guys, I want to know how to do monthly reports to show how many sales I got...I notice that when you create a report it exports the current submissions you have.. but what I need is to create each month a report of that month... What is the date I need to export the data? and when creating this excel report how to filter it by month?

Another question...You see my plan has 1k submissions a month.. when does this recharge? What day of the month?

    Hi,

You can easily download submissions filtered by date. You can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.

You might also be interested in using the following apps listed in the apps page for your analytics and reports: http://apps.jotform.com/category/analytics_and_reporting.

Specifically, you ca view how much you earned from a form by using the JotPayment app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/jotpayments.

Regarding the follow up concern you have, I went ahead and opened a separate thread for it, please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/672156.

    Thank you.

I saw the apps, thanks for that. What I exactly want/need to do is monthly can see how many products of x product I sold and how many products of Y product I've sold... see my form here: http//melodicsounds.melodicsoundsnetwork.com you can see I have 2 types of "products": Track Submission and Mixtape Submission. I want to do monthly reports to see how many "Tracks Submission" we got and How many "Mixtape submission" we got...Also if possible get a total of the sales etc.. What is your recommendation for me to achieve this?

What my colleague had mentioned above is the best way to get this data.

To filter the data before it is exported to your Excel for further processing, you should apply the steps shown here: How to Partially Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF?

If you are looking for the specific info without downloading the Excel info, the best (and only) app that allows this is the JotPayments also mentioned above.

What I would suggest is to use the combo of both. JotPayments can help you see the info at any time, without much work. Then at the end of the month, you might want to see some other statistics as well, so downloading the Excel report for that month, will allow you to do just that.
