    ¿Que sucede si rebaso el limite de contactos de mi cuenta contratada?

    Voy a realizar una campaña en octubre, no se realmente cuantos suscriptores obtendreen mi formulario, mi duda es ¿que puedo hacer si mis suscriptores rebasan los 10mil contactos que son el limite de mi cuenta contratada

    Hola,

    Gracias por contactarnos por su duda. Si rebasa los 10 mil contactos, sus formularios van a estar deshabilitados, hasta que el nuevo mes empieza. El ciclo empieza cada primero de mes y se resetean los contadores.

    Y si veo que llego a los 10mil, no hay manera de pagar el siguiente plan durante mi campaña para no pararla y posteriormente regresar a mi plan original?

    Hola,

    Si esto es posible. Si piensa que va a requerir más, puede subir al siguiente plan por un mes y cuando termina puede regresar a su plan original. Puede revisar nuestra guía para ver como subir de plan:

    De la misma manera puede regresar a su plan original.

    Y si esto sucede y cambio al siguiente nivel, al regresar a mi actual paquete, me van a respetar el costo que me cobran actualmente?

    Es que veo que cambiaron de tarifas.

    If I understand correctly, you are asking if the same old pricing will be applied once you upgrade the account.

    Unfortunately no.

    Your current account can only use the old pricing rate at the ECONOMY plan (your current plan) because this was the plan of the account that was grandfathered. Any downgrade or upgrade will now use the new pricing amount.
