When I try to view submissions it doesn't connect to the page, it won't allow me to embed the form so registration for our classes isn't doable, sometimes it doesn't load correctly. I am wondering if there is a technical issue? Several of my team members have been having the same issues for the past couple of weeks.

I have logged in to your account and I was able to view submissions without any difficulties.
Are you unable to view submissions just from one form or from all of your forms?
I am not sure if I understood correctly your issue with embedding the form. Are you unable to click on embed form option?
Maybe it was temporarily issue. If you are still unable to view submissions please try using different browser or try with incognito mode. Also if possible try with other device.
