I have asked about this several times to no avail. I am losing business, and will have to find another solution, which is really sad because i really liked this platform.

It looks like that your email server rejected form email notification as a spam, so that your email address was added to our bounce list.
We have now removed mentioned email address from the bounce list and email delivery should be restored.
You might consider whitelisting our mail addresses.
