Unable to add more than 5 rows in COnfigurable List widget

My registrants are having issues adding more than 4 people. I'm using the configurable list widget but for some reason after adding the 4th person you can see number 5 but can't access the fields. See attached screenshot.

I have cloned your form and was able to add more than 5 items.

I have tried both FireFox and IE11.

I'm using Safari, and this is what I see when going beyond 5 registrants. It won't allow me to add another person nor do I see a submit button. Please help me correct this we have people trying to register...:-)

It appears the additions of the new delegate fields reach a point where it exceeds the height of the iframe containing the form.

Kindly set the scrolling of the iframe to auto to cater for fields flowing beyond the form height
