I can no longer log in

    I thought maybe I just forgot the password so I tried to recover the password, and it said "No user with this email address or username has been found." I tried my alternate email as well with no luck. I still have a form on my page but I cannot access it to make changes.

    It looks like you have created a form under a 'Guest' account. 

    Can you please create a 'Free' account with the same email address you are recieving notifications to for the form you currently have in place.

    The form you have already created will automatically be transfered over to your new 'Free' JotForm account. 


    Please let us know if you run into any problems with that process.
