How can I View the Submissions in a Data Format Per Item?

Once submissions are in, how can I view the submissions in a data format as in each item (question) with their responses?

When the submissions are stored in JotForm, the data will be shown in separated fields. So, you don't need to do any extra action. All you need to do is open "Submissions" page.

To do that,

1) You need to access "Submissions" page, while related form is selected.

2) On that page, you can simply list your submissions. As it is seen, the data are listed with respect to their fields.
