Missing information in my submissions

How do I see the missing information in my submissions? I see the submissions but they are missing information.

Can you please tell us which exact information are missing. Only two fields inside of your form are required: "day & time your life group meets" and "How often do you use childcare?". So your users do not need to fill all fields. They can fill only mentioned fields and submit your form. Probably data are not missing they were never submitted.
