Customers are trying to purchase items from my site and are getting a message: Form over quota This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

    Hi,

    Free accounts are allowed up to 10 submissions with payments per month.  It looks like you may have reached that limit.  Once your form goes over its limits, your users are presented with the "over quota" error, instead of the form accepting the submission. 

    Since you have already upgraded your account, I assume you knew this already.  You should no longer be having any issues with the "over quota" error and you are now well below your account limits.
