Cancelling subscription

    Hello, I attempted to "downgrade" my subscription to the free version, but it has not allowed me to do so.  Can you help?

    I see you wish to cancel your subscription and I can confirm that this has been done already.

    Our system is letting your subscription run its course to allow you to get what you paid for originally.

    Your account account is scheduled to be downgraded to the Free Plan on 10/22 though we can certainly downgrade your account now if you wish per your request.
