I paid for the bronze account, but my subusers don't have same privileges, why?

    Hi,

    Sub-users do not get the same upgrades for their own accounts.  Any forms created in your account and shared with them or created by them in the folder shared by you will have the same privileges as your upgraded account.  Forms created in their own accounts, not in the folder shared by you, will not.

    Rather than creating forms in the My Forms folder, have them click on the folder shared by the upgraded account and create their forms from there.
