I tried following the steps to receive an email notification for any online submission. But it is not working. How do I set up an email notification to alert me when someone has applied?

I have submitted a test entry and according to our mail logs, the messages (Notification 1 and Notifier 2) have been emailed properly. Please check your inbox. You might also submit the form one more time to confirm that the issue is fixed.
