    joomla 1.5 jotform integration

Asked by rupertg on January 10, 2012 at 11:15 PM

joomla 1.5 jotform integration does not seem to work and nothing is displayed.

    I have followed the instructions.

In joomla - plugins section, i only have "Editor - TinyMCE"

Code Cleanup on Startup  is off

Code Cleanup on save is also off.

I then went to the article, opened up HTML and pasted the joomla integration code from jotform website .

YET it does not work, please advise.

The problem with this is about the TinyMCE editor.  When you try to insert a script when adding an article, the scripts are automatically converted by tinyMCE from:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/xxxxxxxxxxx"></script>

    <mce:script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/xxxxxxxxxxx"></mce:script>

You will either need to disable TinyMCE (using no script) when adding your form as an article, or you will have to use another editor such as Jumi
