Why arent my customers going back to website after using my booking form error is coming up

    I have had a new website built and they used my existing Jotform booking form and once the customer has filled out the form it goes to an error 404 page and not back to the website. I do receive their booking and they receive a confirmation email.

    I have tested you URL links it appears the issue arises when redirecting to it from the form but upon refreshing the page or loading the URL directly it is loaded correctly without any issues.

    Kindly confirm that there if there are redirect restrictions for your pages on your CMS also ensure you have not set the 301(permanently moved code) redirect for your pages.

    In the meantime you can use our default thank you message for your form.
