Each day we open our business our employees must count the cash on hand and again at close. The next day another employee will have to do it again and so on and so forth. The person doing the opening count and the closing count may not be the same from morning to evening or from day to day. So I am trying to figure out a way to allow each team member to look back and see the previous entry so audit what they have. Are there any options for this?

Never mind here. I found the calendar report function and it seems to serve my purpose. I posted another thread with questions about editing this report.
