Hi dear sir,
Our customers who located in South Korea can not access jotform site.
They are located in different locaion.
It is not normal.
Is there any one who know how to solve it?

In order to find out the cause of this issue we need further information such as traceroute result from computers that are not able to access the form. Kindly also advised those who are having this issue to do a flush dns. May we also know which form is not accessible to your users?
