Submissions are coming empty

    Although there are mandatory fields to fill some forms are coming empty. Could you please fix it.

    I was able to replicate the issue when I tested the form that is embedded on the webpage. However, it works fine when you check the direct form.

    It is possible that there are script conflicts between the form and your webpage. In order to prevent that, please re-embed the form using the Iframe method.
