Data does not arrived on salesforce

    I'd like to know if this is a real-time integration or you do batch updates every certain time.

    I've created several records in the Jotform without any error message but nothing arrived to salesforce.

    Any help?

    Hi Pablo,

    Yes it is real-time. The data will be sent instantly after the form is submitted.

    If it does not reflect on your salesforce account, there might be a problem with your integration. I suggest to re-integrate your form to salesforce and make sure the fields are properly mapped. If you continue to encounter the problem after that, please let us know the form URL in question so we can check it here.
