Specifically how does one accounts for users in the licensing/pricing.

I want to have a form that is utilised a few times a year by a large number of clubs. Does each club count as a user ? In which case the licensing model does not make this cost-effective.

    Hi,

Our pricing depends on how many submissions you need per month.  For example, if you need 1,000 submissions to your forms per month, you would need a Bronze subscription.  This can be 1,000 of any type of submissions, payments included, from 1,000 different people.  The people filling out your forms do not count as users.

The sub-users you see in the pricing page refer to additional users for your account.  If you need to grant access to edit your forms or create new ones under your account, you can add them as a sub-user:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

This will give them access to forms and/or submission data.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
