fixing order form view

Customers have been saying that page 2 of the order form is all jumbled. I noticed it in one browser but not another. Is there something that can be done to fix this so it looks correct all of the time?

Hi,

It looks like the varying sizes for the text boxes is causing some trouble while trying to line them up.  May I suggest using a configurable list widget instead:

http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list

This would give you the same layout you are looking for with a single field, rather than trying to ensure multiple fields of different sizes remain in the proper place.  This will also allow your users to create as many additional sets of fields as they need.
