    I still don't see the PayPal Sandbox facilitator account being updated but the buyer acct is updated

    I must have sent this from my clients account so they received the response.

    I am resending from my own account so I can receive the response at rainaud3@gmail.com (my jotform account)

    My question is at the bottom (below the =============== line)

    I think I must have missed a step:

    I created a clone of a form the used the "source code" button to extract the source and replaced the production version with the "test" code, added the code to my html file in my test area (same domain).

    Next I uploaded the html file to the test area on the live site and ran my test.

    The test worked showing the buyers account had been decreased by the amount I entered on the form.

    So all is well except I thought that the "facilitator account would have increased but it didn't change????

    I did set the "payment review" option to "ON" ... maybe that is the answer OR

    maybe I needed to add something more to the form?

    Hi,

    I presume you are testing under the form titled "Clone of Fundraiser IWagePeace". May I know if you are using a sandbox Paypal account? Here's an article about sandbox test accounts: https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/. Or are you using a live account?

    You could also try setting the "Review Payment" to off and see if that works:

    Here is my response to Charlie's comment:

    I am using "Clone of Fundraiser IWagePeace" form.

    I am using my PayPal Sandbox accounts.

    I tried setting the "Review Payment" to OFF but that caused a blank browser page saying "Failed" when I click the "Submit" button. When review payment is on I get the PayPal payment page which goes to completion with a final "Thank you" page.

    My new question:
    Either way I still don't see the PayPal Sandbox facilitator account being updated.
    What am I missing?

    Hi Henri,

    I'm sorry, but I can replicate this when using http://developer.paypal.com/ to access a sandbox account. But I'm usually using tests accounts from https://sandbox.paypal.com. Maybe should try using the same.
