I followed the steps provided here: https://shots.jotform.com/elton/gif/zoho_test12121.gif
However, data from my form is not showing up anywhere in Zoho. I tried to integrate it with both Contacts and Leads separately.

I just tried it here using a cloned version of your form with few of the fields mapped and it's forwarding the data to Zoho.
May I suggest to re-integrate your form to Zoho and this time try using a new Token. This might somehow help. Also, if you are mapping dropdown fields, make sure it's map on a text box field at Zoho or a dropdown with similar options to avoid any problem. If you can have the same field type mapped between Jotform and Zoho, this might as well prevent any possible problem.
