Is there any way to recover recently deleted records?

Are you referring to deleted submissions?

Unfortunately, when you delete submissions, they are permanently removed or deleted in our servers. They cannot be recovered, this is mentioned when you delete the submissions.

If you have setup the notifications of that form to have the submission data, then you can use the email records as a reference for the deleted submissions.

If you have deleted a form, you can still recover it in the trash folder, here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms.
