    Problem using code

    Asked by amosella on January 11, 2012 at 09:52 AM

    I run a site for a golf society hosted by Moonfruit

    I have forms for entering competitions for each month. They have worked OK in the past however I have recently changed from PC to Laptop. When I open the page the form shows very briefly and then changes to a band across the page. the form is created using Jotform and is inserted as a HTML snippet.
    details are as follows
    Site www.redpost-golf-society.co.uk
    Go to Enter events page. Select event with button on Right hand side. Takes you to Event details where form is located.
    Code for form is <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotform.com/jsform/10560514787"></script&gt;

    Can you help please

    I have had to specify the height of your Janurary form with some custom CSS.

    It seems to have rectified the situation. Can you confirm that on your Jan competion page?

    I am not quite sure why this has happened, it may be related to the flash based website you have embeded the form on, but I will monitor the situation to see if other users are affected more broadly by this.

    To add this CSS to the rest of your forms, ( it looks like they all share the same dimensions )

    From the Setup & Embed toolbar, click on the Preferences icon, select Form Styles tab and in the Inject Custom CSS text area, add the following:

    .form-all {height:100px; }

    If you have any problems with that , let us know.
