Surveys only go to default emails, cannot change

    Hello,  I have been trying to set up a kiosk for my business for sign ins.  I have tried to set up a new email address to be notified when a person signs ( but they keep being sent to  This is a cloned form, so I am wondering if it is stuck.  How do I use a different notifier email?

    Here's how to find out which email the submissions goes through

    Please do take note that using the "Test Email" button on the notification wizard will send a test submission on the account email address not the email address you entered on the notification. So I suggest to make an actual submission on the form to test actual email recipient of the form.
