Autoresponder emails are being sent of a different form

    Hi there, 


    We are receiving emails from people who have filled in our form that are receiving an auto-response for a different form. 


    I have double checked that the auto-response is correct in the jotform system and it is. I'm not sure what is happening here. 

    Is anyone else experiencing these problems? It has happened for multiple forms that we are currently using so I know it is not just a problem with one of the forms.

    I have not heard of this happening so far Kaitlin, but after checking the page above I can see that the form on it is which seems to be properly set up, but also that the emails are sent as per the autoresponder setup.

    I have also made a test submission to confirm the same that email logs show, and I was not able to recreate it.

    Can you please let us know what is the email address that got the bad autoresponder so that we can look into it for you?
