I have a gentleman who keeps getting the error "receiving server disconnected" when he goes to upload his jotform. I believe it may be an issue with him submitting 9 images that are about 1MB in size. No one else who has submitted has had this issue, but this person has had the same thing happen twice.

I am sure you understand that is very difficult to troubleshoot very isolated issues like this one appears to be.
The error message you mention is one I have never heard another JotForm user reporting. I don't know if its possible, buta screenshot of exactly where that error message is showing would useful.
Do you know what web browser he is using? maybe he could try a different browser?
