Add dynamic field in report to use as a checklist

Asked by laurentideseconomique on January 11, 2012 at 10:52 AM

    Hi,

I was wondering if there is anyway for me to have a field that can be modified in the html report loaded to a website.

Assuming the report lists orders coming from an order form and that the report displays in a webpage or intranet page, is there a way for the person processing the order to add a check or mark of some sort to mark the order as processed?

    Thanks!

    Ian

You can just insert a hidden box field in your form then edit that field's value on every order via the form's submissions page.

Edit the value of that hidden box by editing the form submission entry while logged in to your JotForm account.

This field is invisible in the form for customers, but it will be displayed in the form's report:

Hope you find this workaround useful. Let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
