how to get value (name) of the chosen option in radio button AND it's Calculation Values as well?

Asked by grade4pagasa on October 01, 2015 at 05:25 AM

is there a way to get the selected radio button option (Option A, Option B...) and their corresponding Calculation Value and pass it to a form calculation or a text box?

the attached sample produces the result "200" but the result i want to achieve is similar to the one highlighted in blue below.

    thank in advance.

Unfortunately, the calculation values will take over the text options once it is set on the radio/checkbox field even if the output is set to text format.

How about creating update field value condition and write the text and number value on the formula section depending on the selected option on the radio field?

    Example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52733544940962?

Or you can define the value on the text options. So when the output format is set to number, it will stripped off the text options and capture only the numbers.
