I am not receiving emails

    Hello Support,

     

    We are using jot form for all our company websites contact form. It is almost 12-13 forms. In last one month we have this problem second time. From all other emails we are getting emails on sales@radixweb.com but from jot form we are not getting emails.

     

    Please take it on high priority as we are loosing business. Last time when we have this issue,  Jot form replied sales@radixweb.com is in bounce list, so we would like to know how it was in bounce list and what reason we are not getting email from JotForm.

    Hi Maulik, it appears that your email address sales@radixweb.com once again ended up in our bounce list. When emails are bouncing, it means that the recipient mailing server (your email provider, or your own server) is refusing to accept our emails.

    Here is the full return message that our servers have received from your mailing provider when attempting to send emails to your address:

    smtp; 554 5.7.1 Mail (id-44350-00999) appears to be unsolicited, please resend with the code y1ebuzyv appended to email subject and ask to have your sender email whitelisted (the code y1ebuzyv changes each 24 hours).

    Your server with radixweb.com is flagging our emails as unsolicited, which is a nicer term for spam, so the server is refusing to accept our emails.

    After looking through your form email history, I do see that your emails show "default" as the Sender Email, instead of "noreply@jotform.com". I have logged into your account, and have ensured that all your form notifications in the last 24 edited forms use noreply@jotform.com option. I have made no other changes.

    I have also removed your email address from our bounce list, so that our servers will once again try to deliver new emails to your recipient server. if the emails are still not getting through after this, you will have to whitelist JotMails IP addresses on your end.

    Please let us if you are receiving your emails now, and if not, please do try whitelisting our sender addresses. Thank you.
