How can I cancel my subscription

Hi,

My form is only active a couple of times a year so I don't need to pay the monthly subscription every month. I only need it a month at a time then I'd like to suspend it.

How do I do that?

After cancelling a subscription, you will no longer be charged, and your account would be downgraded back to free (Starter) plan once the already paid-for time runs out - known as subscription expiration date.
