Is it possible to add a page count to page breaks?

Asked by robross0606 on January 11, 2012 at 12:24 PM

For wizard-like forms, it would be useful to display page counts so the user knows how many sections are remaining.  Something like "Page 2/5" or "Page 2 of 5".  This could be a separate page element but, ideally, it would a form-wide preference that appears on the Page Break element, probably right between the "BACK" and "NEXT"  buttons.

    Hello Rob,

You can use the Free Text (HTML tool) to insert a page indicator in between the page breaks, such as in this sample form.

The Free Text tool can be found under the Power Tools section:

It is also possible to use custom images to mimic a progress bar for your form.

    Hope you find this useful.

Should you need further help with this matter, please do let us know.
