    Please see http://www.jotform.com//?formID=52735016098962.

I want to align the pictures on the left and the title on the right, and I can't seem to do this.  What am I missing?  Can you help me with this?

Update: I have tried using the Move to New Line feature, and I've also tried re-sizing the images.  Is there a video that shows how to do this.  I can't help the feeling that it's simple.

    Okay.  See http://www.jotform.com//?formID=52735351794967

It turns out that I have to jiggle around the items.  Sometimes, placing an item on the line below where I want it to be and then merging it into the previous line.  This is still tedious, but it seems to work, most of the time.

I would like to suggest taking a look at this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/328-How-to-Position-Fields-in-JotForm

The gif's were a bit too large - or since there are few of them, they could cause slowdown so we added them as links to the gifs for you to see directly instead, but as you read, you will see the explanation and then the same done on these gif animations.

Now in regards to what you have done, please do let us know what you would like to achieve and we would be happy to assist. Sometimes it is not enough to just position the fields using the tools, as a bit of CSS is needed, but we would be happy to assist there.

Please do let us know what should go where on this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52735351794967
